WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the order information we collect to communicate with you (to respond to your inquiry) and to fulfill all orders placed through the site (including processing your payment information and providing invoices and/or order confirmations). All transactions processed through the Site are secure and encrypted. No credit card information is stored.
In addition, we may use this order information to:

- When you agree in the preferences you have provided us, provide you with information or advertisements about our products or services.

We share your personal information with third parties to help us make controlled use of your personal information, as described above.
For example, we use GUIDAP to process online transactions. The registration requires the Customer to communicate his own data. This information fills a “customer” database, maintained by Gap-Tallard Fly Dream(https://www.gap-tallard.com), on which customers can exercise a right of access, rectification and opposition, in accordance with Article 13 of the RGPD – see section “CONTACT US”.
